Recruit, train, engage, and support volunteer committees and community leaders for Friendship and Leadership Development Programs. Manage chapters, trainings, events, citizen matches, and corporate partnerships while supporting young adults transitioning from school to work. Develop community relationships, fundraising opportunities, and social media engagement. Maintain program data, participant confidentiality, policy compliance, and communication across Best Buddies systems. Frequent travel, evening, and weekend work are required.

Provides one-to-one vocational coaching and employment support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include job searching, onboarding, workplace training, transportation assistance, advocacy, employer relationship management, documentation, compliance, billing, and caseload coordination. The role also supports fundraising, community outreach, networking, and participant education regarding work incentives and Social Security programs.

Assist with planning and executing spring Friendship Walk fundraising events: solicit sponsors and in-kind donations, create social media and website content, support vendor booking, handle day-of logistics, and perform administrative and donor communications.

Supports fundraising and community events through sponsor and auction-item outreach, event logistics, communications, social media content, vendor research, and administrative tasks. Assists with leadership conferences, friendship programs, student and ambassador events, Salesforce data management, event calendars, and school-year planning. The role requires collaboration with program staff, engagement with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and attendance at supporting events.

Oversee work-based learning opportunities for adolescents and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include referrals, intakes, curriculum delivery, case management, employer partnerships, internship placement, job coaching, progress assessment, documentation, reporting, and transition to employment staff. The role also supports fundraising, awareness campaigns, community outreach, audits, and program compliance.

Manages school and community Friendship Programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Builds relationships with chapter leaders, volunteers, participants, and corporate partners; provides training, communications, recruitment support, and program guidance. Tracks chapter data, matches, reporting, and participation while promoting events, fundraising, marketing, and leadership development. The role also ensures policy compliance, data integrity, confidentiality, and engagement through virtual, in-person, evening, weekend, and frequent travel activities.

Leads statewide operations and programs, including fundraising, grant management, events, public awareness, volunteer and advisory board engagement, staff recruitment and supervision, budgeting, and office infrastructure. Develops and executes annual state strategies, ensures program consistency, manages donor relationships, oversees financial and operational reporting, and represents the organization in community and media activities. Requires travel, evening and weekend availability, and engagement with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Coordinate statewide fundraising and donor relations to meet revenue goals by supporting events, individual and corporate giving, grants, and stewardship. Manage event logistics, donor database records, communications and marketing campaigns, prospect research, volunteer cultivation, and reporting while collaborating with program staff and the State Director. Requires travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Support planning and logistics for fundraising events and fall gala, secure auction items and sponsors, create social media and website content, assist vendor research and event-day tasks, and perform administrative duties.

Deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services to adolescents/young adults with IDD through classroom, community, and 1:1 instruction. Manage caseloads, perform intakes, coordinate with families and support teams, maintain documentation and Salesforce records, oversee volunteer recruitment, and support local fundraising and awareness activities. Travel frequently and maintain required state certifications.

Supervise Program Managers and oversee local Best Buddies programs to meet best practices and contractual outcomes. Manage staff recruitment, training, evaluations, program planning, events, reporting, budgets, marketing/fundraising support, office logistics, and travel. May directly manage programs and attend local events as needed.

Lead expansion and delivery of Pre-ETS Transitions programs: secure funding, manage community and employer partnerships, supervise staff, deliver curriculum and trainings, oversee volunteer engagement, maintain data and reporting (Salesforce), and support fundraising and accreditation activities.

Lead regional fundraising, sponsorship, and participant recruitment for the Best Buddies Challenge: New York. Manage sponsor relationships, grow ride teams, track revenue and commitments, oversee event operations and staff, coordinate marketing and outreach, and support cross-team strategy to meet fundraising goals.
