Provide one-to-one vocational coaching and employment support for individuals with IDD: assist with job search, onboarding, training, employer relationships, documentation in SETWorks, travel training, and advocacy to promote sustained, independent employment.

Provide one-to-one vocational coaching and support to individuals with IDD through job search, onboarding, training, employer relationship management, documentation in SETWorks, and program expansion activities including funding and employer partnerships.

Coach and mentor individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through job search, onboarding, training, and employer relations. Manage caseloads, maintain compliance documentation in SETWorks, coordinate with guardians and vocational agencies, support program growth and funding outreach, and represent Best Buddies at community and fundraising events.
