Leads statewide operations and programs for a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing state plans, overseeing programs and staff, securing funding, managing fundraising campaigns and grants, supervising advisory boards, directing marketing and community awareness, managing budgets and infrastructure, and ensuring operational and programmatic success across all state offices.

Lead Program Manager recruits, trains, and supports volunteer committees and chapters to advance Best Buddies' mission. Responsibilities include volunteer engagement, chapter onboarding and management, event and fundraising support, trainings, data integrity in CRM systems, community partnerships, and representing the organization publicly.

Recruit, train, engage, and support volunteer committees and community leaders for Friendship and Leadership Development Programs. Manage chapters, trainings, events, citizen matches, and corporate partnerships while supporting young adults transitioning from school to work. Develop community relationships, fundraising opportunities, and social media engagement. Maintain program data, participant confidentiality, policy compliance, and communication across Best Buddies systems. Frequent travel, evening, and weekend work are required.
