Perform advanced public-sector accounting across general ledger, grants, fixed assets, payroll, receivables, and financial reporting. Lead and train staff, prepare ACFR and monthly/quarterly oversight reports, manage grant billing and budget compliance, analyze financial data, maintain internal controls, and support departmental fiscal operations.

Lead and supervise recreation aides and participants in sports, arts, and special events. Develop, schedule, and implement inclusive programs for varied age groups and abilities. Enforce facility rules, prepare activity areas, handle monetary and clerical tasks, and perform basic maintenance. Participate in required first aid, CPR, and AED training, and complete assigned FEMA trainings and compliance checks.

Organize, lead, and promote recreational programs (sports, arts, games) for varied age groups, including participants with disabilities. Supervise assistants, ensure safety and inclusion, handle facility scheduling, clerical tasks, reporting, basic maintenance, and transport participants as needed.
