Support and develop Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) processes across European markets: prepare EPR reports, manage compliance data and documentation, monitor legislation changes, liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders, track EPR costs, and help implement process improvements including AI-driven solutions.

Handle inbound phone and email support for Italian-speaking customers about products, orders, returns and marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon). Serve as first-level contact, document and escalate inquiries to Back Office, cooperate with internal teams, and complete post-processing and documentation of customer interactions.

Create and maintain Power BI reports from the global data warehouse, optimize report performance, support managers with analyses, identify automation opportunities, and prepare data for business reviews.
