Provides inbound Spanish-language customer support by phone and email, advising customers on products, orders, and returns. Handles first-level inquiries, routes issues to the Back Office, manages eBay and Amazon marketplaces, documents interactions, and collaborates with internal departments. The role is suitable for fresh graduates and requires fluent Spanish, strong English or Slovak, communication skills, customer orientation, self-motivation, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
