Salary from 2300 €/gross month (depends on experience) (Hybrid)
As Financial Controller, you will be part of our international Finance team and play a key role in OPEX controlling across our European entities and sales channels. Your responsibilities will include monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting, cost controlling, and financial analysis using tools such as SAP, Lucanet and Power BI. What you will do:
- Group OPEX Controlling across European entities and sales channels (own web shops and marketplaces)
- Participation in the regular monthly controlling close
- Calculation of monthly accruals and review of monthly results
- Cost controlling, evaluation of budget achievement, and explanation of variances
- Analysis and optimisation of internal processes
- Data analysis from SAP, databases, and Power BI dashboards, including the use of AI tools and models
- Ownership of data quality and reconciliations across SAP ↔ Lucanet (including local systems where relevant)
- Participation in budget and rolling forecast cycles, including scenario planning and management presentations
- Creation of internal process documentation
- Communication and coordination of processes with other countries and departments
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A (group/regional experience is a plus)
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance storytelling
- ACCA, CFA, or Big4 experience is an advantage
- Experience with Lucanet and/or SAP (or similar tools), Power BI, and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of e-commerce drivers and inventory/working capital topics
- Business partnering mindset, structured approach, and strong communication skills
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
