The Wardrobe Supervisor oversees wardrobe and makeup crew, manages costume care and maintenance, organizes schedules, and ensures adherence to safety and equity standards.

Lead Berkeley Rep's fundraising strategy and manage all contributed income. Oversee a portfolio of 75–100 major donors, drive completion of a $60M campaign, supervise grants and development operations (Tessitura), mentor an eight-person team, partner with executive leadership and the board, steward donors, manage budget/reporting, and advance equitable fundraising practices. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work required.

Lead Berkeley Rep's email marketing program, including Tessitura segmentation, automated lifecycle campaigns, WordFly campaign builds, GA4 tracking, deliverability management, and performance analysis. Support social media strategy across major platforms, coordinate content planning, monitor digital metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive ticket sales, audience engagement, and loyalty.
