Leads wardrobe, wigs, hair, and makeup operations for theater productions and special events. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, supervising crews, coordinating with costume and stage departments, managing quick changes, maintaining costumes and wigs, overseeing supplies and repairs, tracking labor budgets, organizing tech and performances, and managing load-in and strike activities. Requires strong costume repair, sewing, garment care, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

The Wardrobe Supervisor oversees wardrobe and makeup crew, manages costume care and maintenance, organizes schedules, and ensures adherence to safety and equity standards.

Lead Berkeley Rep's fundraising strategy and manage all contributed income. Oversee a portfolio of 75–100 major donors, drive completion of a $60M campaign, supervise grants and development operations (Tessitura), mentor an eight-person team, partner with executive leadership and the board, steward donors, manage budget/reporting, and advance equitable fundraising practices. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work required.
