Lead community engagement and partnership efforts to grow diverse audiences through strategic relationships and events. Plan and run community programs, manage day-of event logistics, collect and maintain CRM contacts in Tessitura, support group sales and budget coordination, collaborate across departments, and supervise fellows. Work is in-person on Berkeley Rep campuses with evenings and weekends required.

The Wardrobe Supervisor oversees wardrobe and makeup crew, manages costume care and maintenance, organizes schedules, and ensures adherence to safety and equity standards.

Lead Berkeley Rep's email marketing program, including Tessitura segmentation, automated lifecycle campaigns, WordFly campaign builds, GA4 tracking, deliverability management, and performance analysis. Support social media strategy across major platforms, coordinate content planning, monitor digital metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive ticket sales, audience engagement, and loyalty.
