Coordinates Berkeley Rep’s marketing and communications operations, including invoices, budgets, meetings, media materials, printed program support, show campaigns, partnerships, audience surveys, and social media. Creates and schedules social content, manages calendars, coordinates vendors and creative assets, writes copy, monitors audience engagement, and reports on channel performance. The role requires strong organization, writing, proofreading, communication, and follow-through skills.

Supports fundraising department operations through gift processing, donor acknowledgments, pledge tracking, financial reporting, CRM data management, and campaign analysis. Maintains donor data integrity, generates reports and dashboards, coordinates Tessitura upgrades and training, documents procedures, and collaborates with Finance, Operations, contractors, patrons, and donors. Also provides administrative, event, filing, supply-ordering, donor research, and fundraising gala support.

Leads wardrobe, wigs, hair, and makeup operations for theater productions and special events. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, supervising crews, coordinating with costume and stage departments, managing quick changes, maintaining costumes and wigs, overseeing supplies and repairs, tracking labor budgets, organizing tech and performances, and managing load-in and strike activities. Requires strong costume repair, sewing, garment care, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
