Ensure global regulatory compliance for flavor and fragrance products by preparing, organizing, and submitting regulatory documentation, supporting SQF and HACCP programs, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, responding to customer requests, and executing corrective actions to maintain food safety and regulatory standards.

Lead and manage the accounts payable function, overseeing invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliation, internal controls, and AP staff development. Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations, support month-/year-end close, manage prepaid and intercompany payables, assist with cash management and tax reporting, and drive process improvements and AP reporting.

Entry-level production role supporting order fulfillment: wash pots/tanks, move raw materials with pallet jacks, assist labeling/repack/blending, follow SQF and safety procedures, learn the company ERP, communicate issues to management, and work extra hours as needed.

Manage and optimize CRM and NetSuite ERP systems, produce Power BI and ad-hoc reports, ensure data quality, support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, integrate business systems, and drive process improvements across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Assist production and fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining safety, SQF compliance, and quality standards. Move raw materials with hand trucks/pallet jacks, learn the company ERP, communicate issues to Production Management, work extra hours as needed, and follow safety procedures to maintain an accident-free record.

Perform GC and GC-MS analytical testing, distillations, extractions, method development, and instrumentation maintenance to ensure raw materials and finished fragrances meet specifications. Document results, investigate quality issues, support continuous improvement, and mentor QC technicians while following GLP and safety protocols.

Perform analytical testing and method development for flavor and fragrance ingredients using GC/GC-MS and FT-IR. Evaluate essential oil composition, identify impurities and adulteration, support troubleshooting and production/formulation issues, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, conduct independent research, and ensure compliance with cGMP/cGLP/SQF and company quality requirements.
