Perform GC and GC-MS analytical testing, distillations, extractions, method development, and instrumentation maintenance to ensure raw materials and finished fragrances meet specifications. Document results, investigate quality issues, support continuous improvement, and mentor QC technicians while following GLP and safety protocols.

Perform analytical testing and method development for flavor and fragrance ingredients using GC/GC-MS and FT-IR. Evaluate essential oil composition, identify impurities and adulteration, support troubleshooting and production/formulation issues, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, conduct independent research, and ensure compliance with cGMP/cGLP/SQF and company quality requirements.

Ensure global regulatory compliance for flavor and fragrance products by preparing, organizing, and submitting regulatory documentation, supporting SQF and HACCP programs, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, responding to customer requests, and executing corrective actions to maintain food safety and regulatory standards.
