Serves as strategic partner to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, coordinating division operations, budgets, vendors, communications, board relations, policies, and high-priority initiatives. Advises senior leadership, synthesizes complex information, supports strategic planning and organizational change, develops leaders, manages stakeholder relationships, and advances inclusive excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement across the division.

Manage and enhance Technolutions Slate functionality for University Advancement, including portals, dashboards, queries, reports, forms, workflows, and email templates. Build segmented analytics and KPI dashboards, troubleshoot reporting issues, support data-driven decision-making, maintain data governance, and provide user training and technical support. The role requires collaboration with campus stakeholders, confidentiality, independent judgment, and ongoing knowledge of Slate product updates.

Lead program-level delivery of campus physical technology infrastructure projects (network, security endpoints, building-embedded systems). Manage scope, schedule, budget, vendors, governance, and technical coordination while minimizing disruption to campus operations. Provide reporting, stakeholder communication, and change management across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Manages all equipment operations for a collegiate ice hockey program and department-wide laundry services. Responsibilities include equipment fitting, repair, skate sharpening, inventory control, distribution, transportation, game-day preparation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and compliance with NCAA and university policies. Supervises student equipment assistants, supports practices and competitions, travels with teams, and works irregular hours in athletic facilities, locker rooms, laundry areas, and ice arenas.

Administer and optimize academic library systems, discovery platforms, electronic resource management tools, digital repositories, and resource-sharing applications. Manage electronic-resource metadata and access, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate integrations and vendor relationships, support consortium initiatives, and collaborate with library staff, IT, faculty, and students. Provide reference desk services as needed and develop best practices that improve resource discovery, accessibility, and research experiences.

Leads and executes advancement communications supporting alumni and donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, events, volunteerism, and lifelong learning. Manages multichannel digital, print, web, and email projects; creates and edits content; maintains websites; monitors analytics; and ensures accessibility, accuracy, and brand alignment. Coordinates schedules, vendors, data needs, and cross-campus partners while supervising student workers. The role also develops storytelling opportunities, supports social media and events, and recommends data-informed marketing improvements.

Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of 125–150 prospects to secure annual gifts of $2,500+ and multi-year commitments, using data, prospect research, and CRM tools. Collaborate with Advancement teams, manage records and documentation, meet fundraising KPIs, and support events with some travel and evening/weekend work.

Lead development of operating and capital budgets, long-range financial plans, and quarterly forecasts for the university. Manage a small budgeting team, partner with stakeholders and IT to maintain Workday/Adaptive Planning systems, perform financial modeling and variance analysis, and present results to senior leadership and trustees.

Provide proactive, developmental academic advising to undergraduate students: manage caseloads, guide academic planning and degree progress, conduct outreach/interventions, document interactions in student systems, collaborate with faculty and campus partners, support retention initiatives, and contribute to advising programs and assessments while upholding FERPA and inclusive practices.

Partner with university stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, design solutions, lead testing and implementations, support Workday and other enterprise SaaS applications, produce reports and documentation, provide Tier 2 support, and drive user adoption and continuous improvement across the full project lifecycle.

Supports university government relations, community engagement, and external partnerships. Monitors policy, coordinates legislative and community outreach, drafts communications and briefings, manages stakeholder databases, supports partnership outreach, and assists with issues management, events, and public affairs projects.
