Provides administrative and operational support for Advancement Services, including mail and gift processing, deposits, constituent record maintenance in Slate, data integrity, office management, and special projects. Handles confidential donor and financial information, responds to routine requests, and supports Prospect Research and other Advancement functions. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills in a hybrid office environment.

Leads academic innovation programs and initiatives, partnering with academic leadership to design, implement, assess, and scale impactful educational experiences. Oversees learning design, faculty development, AI-enhanced teaching and learning initiatives, portfolio management, staff supervision, stakeholder facilitation, community building, and cross-functional partnerships. Establishes assessment systems, manages multiple concurrent programs, supports continuous improvement, and advances institutional academic priorities through evidence-informed innovation.

Leads Title IX and institutional equity investigations involving discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, retaliation, and related conduct. Manages intake, evidence gathering, interviews, reports, case records, supportive measures, and resolution processes. Oversees bias incident response, delivers training and outreach, analyzes compliance data, and advises campus partners on civil rights requirements. Serves as Deputy Title IX Coordinator and maintains compliance with Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, VAWA, the Clery Act, and related laws.
