Design mechanical and structural systems for pontoon boats, create 3D models and 2D drawings, ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendor relationships, support product development and production, and iterate designs for cost, weight, and quality targets.

Manage design, development, and delivery of training programs for the Bennington dealer network. Lead curriculum planning, LMS interactions, measurement and analytics, vendor/partner relationships, global training initiatives, and project timelines. Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, support adoption of retail priorities, manage budgets and course catalog, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Travel to dealer events as needed.

Support the Production Supervisor by overseeing daily production operations, monitoring employee performance, ensuring quality and safety, managing schedules, enforcing policies, driving Lean/5S continuous improvement, completing record-keeping and training, and performing hands-on production tasks to maintain workflow and efficiency.

Lead and supervise the final finish assembly team: train and manage employees, oversee the assembly line, ensure quality and safety, manage daily production schedules, inspections and equipment checklists, submit daily production reports, and perform hands-on assembly tasks. Role requires physical labor and basic Windows computer skills.

Lead a furniture receiving/manufacturing group: ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, cross-training, and problem solving; train team on tools, prints, and Polaris Marine standards.
