Supervise manufacturing employees and assembly-line activities while maintaining product quality, safety, schedules, and production standards. Train, motivate, and manage employees, including hiring and termination responsibilities. Read prints, use measuring tools and air or hand tools, complete inspections and equipment checklists, and submit daily production reports. The role requires manufacturing knowledge, fiberglass product experience, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Leads cross-functional new product development programs from concept through production launch and post-launch review. Owns stage-gate process execution, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, governance, business cases, executive communications, validation, manufacturing readiness, and launch coordination. Partners across product management, engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, sales, and marketing. Drives accountability, decision-making, continuous improvement, and alignment with customer, strategic, and financial objectives.

Assembles and finishes interior components by installing wires and floors or decks according to established standards. Uses tape measures, band saws, air tools, and hand tools. Maintains an organized work area, communicates with coworkers, learns new tasks, and follows required PPE and physical-work requirements, including standing, bending, crawling, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds.

Installs motors, transmissions, electrical wiring, AC/DC components, and hot and cold water lines in units. Cuts tie bars, follows torque specifications, uses chop saws and air tools, and measures materials accurately. Maintains an organized work area, solves problems, follows PPE requirements, and handles up to 35 pounds. Cross-training is expected, and Volvo and Mercury certification is required.
