Teams at Bennington Marine

Learn and operate metal fabrication machinery safely, cut and measure parts to prints, meet production goals, perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), and follow PPE and shop procedures. May be cross-trained on additional equipment and expected to maintain an organized work area and communicate effectively.

Assemble final finish components, ensuring wires and floors/decks are installed to standards. Use tape measures, band saws, air and hand tools, and basic computer tools. Perform repetitive physical tasks: standing, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs. Follow PPE requirements and maintain an organized work area; willing to be cross-trained.

Perform final finish assembly ensuring wires and floors/decks are installed to standards. Use tape measures, band saws, air and hand tools; follow safety PPE; lift up to 50 lbs; work in tight, unconditioned spaces; remain on feet all day; cross-train and keep work area organized.
