Drive new B2B revenue by independently prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals. Use consultative discovery to align payments/SaaS solutions to client needs, collaborate with BDRs, refine sales processes, and represent the company at industry events to build lasting client relationships.

Provide multi-channel technical support and onboarding for a payments SaaS platform, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex Tier 3 problems, improve support processes, create documentation, monitor customer health, and build relationships to maximize product adoption and retention.

Build and maintain scalable, secure, compliant web applications and services using Node.js/TypeScript and MongoDB. Own features end-to-end, integrate third-party APIs, troubleshoot across frontend/backend/db layers, write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and provide Tier 3 support. Collaborate with product, design, and support teams and use AI-assisted development tools to improve workflows.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure full-stack web applications using Node.js, Express, TypeScript/JavaScript, EJS, HTML/CSS and MongoDB. Collaborate with product and design, implement integrations and automated tests, troubleshoot across the stack, leverage AI-assisted tools, participate in code reviews, and provide Tier 3 support as needed.
