Supports engineering laboratory operations by assisting students and faculty with equipment setup, troubleshooting, CAD, electronics, prototyping, fabrication, and manufacturing activities. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, culture, performance management, learning and leadership development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR systems, budgeting, and vendor relationships. The role manages HR staff and supports organizational change, employee engagement, and mission-aligned workplace practices across approximately 130 faculty and staff.

Assist electrical instructors with hands-on lab projects for post-secondary students. Maintain clean, organized labs and electrical stockroom inventory; support student learning, evaluate achievement, provide feedback, maintain CANVAS records, communicate concerns through Dropout Detective, and adhere to lab safety protocols. The role also requires effective lab preparation, presentation, organization, student engagement, and timely communication with instructors, administrators, and students.

Assists Engineering Technology instructors with laboratory activities, demonstrations, projects, and hands-on student work. Supports students, prepares equipment and materials, maintains clean and organized labs and electrical stockrooms, manages inventory, demonstrates safe tool and equipment use, and reinforces laboratory safety procedures.

Leads the Biotechnology associate degree program, overseeing curriculum, faculty hiring and development, outcomes assessment, budgeting, industry partnerships, and student success initiatives. Teaches one to two courses per term and collaborates across the college to support recruitment, retention, graduation, and career placement. The role requires biotechnology expertise, faculty supervision, curriculum development, laboratory work, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Coordinates HR operations across onboarding, I-9 and CORI background checks, benefits and payroll liaison work, HRIS and personnel record maintenance, recruitment logistics, offboarding, compliance tracking, and employee support. Administers Paylocity processes, reconciles benefits invoices, supports leave administration, and ensures accurate, confidential, and compliant employee lifecycle documentation.

Lead and manage the College's financial aid operations, ensuring Title IV compliance, overseeing systems (Jenzabar J1, PowerFAIDS), vendor partnerships, staff supervision, policy development, data-driven performance improvement, and collaboration across campus to support enrollment and student success.
