Supports engineering laboratory operations by assisting students and faculty with equipment setup, troubleshooting, CAD, electronics, prototyping, fabrication, and manufacturing activities. Maintains workstations, tools, inventory, safety procedures, and clean lab spaces while providing basic technical guidance and supporting demonstrations and special projects.

Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors, identifying prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting grants, and overseeing stewardship and reporting. Develop proposals, letters of inquiry, and impact reports; coordinate with internal teams to gather supporting information; maintain grant calendars, CRM records, and fundraising metrics; facilitate donor meetings and events; and contribute to broader development strategy. The role requires strong grant-writing, relationship-building, organizational, communication, and data-informed decision-making skills.

Leads the College’s human resources function and advises the President and executive team on workforce strategy. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, culture, performance management, learning and leadership development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR systems, budgeting, and vendor relationships. The role manages HR staff and supports organizational change, employee engagement, and mission-aligned workplace practices across approximately 130 faculty and staff.
