Designs, develops, and documents electrical systems, schematics, and customer-specific modifications for ALD equipment. Responsibilities include electrical safety and certification compliance, product delivery structures, system integration with automation and mechanical teams, technical support, documentation, and new product development. Requires experience with low-voltage and high-power systems, electrical design software, PLCs, functional safety, and CE/UL/EMI/EMC requirements.

Owns end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, onboarding, leave, offboarding, retirement, time recording, HR data, reporting, and surveys. Supports recruitment, managers’ HR questions, employee relations, documentation, events, and internal communications across Finland and international entities. Requires hands-on HR experience, Finnish employment law knowledge, strong Excel skills, discretion, and English proficiency.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for mechanical components, including supplier identification, qualification, negotiations, cost optimization, risk mitigation, supplier development, and capacity planning. Use SAP for procurement operations, supplier data, delivery tracking, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance while supporting operational purchasing, expediting, and supplier communication. The role requires global sourcing expertise, hands-on procurement experience, and occasional travel.
