Design, develop, test and maintain PLC-based automation and HMI software for Spatial ALD equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on software design, simulation, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous product development, and support global customer installations and service.

Lead hands-on ALD process development and optimization in lab and cleanroom settings, manage a small process development team, coordinate projects and resources, perform process characterization and DoE, maintain documentation, and act as customer and internal technical contact to drive new process capabilities.

Master's students will collaborate with Beneq experts on thesis projects related to thin-film technology and ALD processes, using company lab facilities to convert academic research into practical solutions for semiconductor applications. Tasks include experimental work, data analysis, problem-solving, and documenting results for potential future career opportunities.
