Sell Benefitfocus employer benefits platform to large accounts (1,000+ employees) using consultative/Challenger selling. Manage full sales cycle, forecast, negotiate multi-million dollar contracts, engage HR and C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with inside sales, solution engineers, and marketing. Territory based in Utah with home office and periodic travel to HQ.

Deliver complex features on the Enterprise Enrollment platform within an Agile/Scrum team. Collaborate with global engineers to refactor codebase, reduce technical debt, build microservices, implement strategic product initiatives, and ensure high quality through automation and testing.

Support public-company corporate legal operations: prepare and assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, Section 16), administer equity plans and trading windows, maintain corporate governance records, coordinate annual shareholder meeting and filings for subsidiaries and third parties, liaise with auditors, outside counsel and internal departments, and support commercial transactions and special projects.

Provide phone and email support to customers during Open Enrollment, guide users through benefits enrollment, document interactions in Salesforce, triage and track issues in JIRA, and work on a surge team after 4–6 weeks of training.

Develop and maintain the Account Services application through full software development lifecycle. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, write design documents, implement Java-based features, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software.
