Part-time Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing and executing marketing, admissions, and communications programs and activities for a senior care community.

Manage full-spectrum HR activities for a 95-bed long-term care facility: employee relations, performance management, benefits and open enrollment, recruiting and onboarding, policy interpretation, workers' compensation, HRIS administration, and front desk oversight. Partners with management to implement strategic HR goals and ensure compliance.

Provide basic direct care to long-term care and transitional patients under licensed nurse supervision. Complete assigned tasks, communicate with residents, families, and care team, and ensure safe, timely resident care in a 58-bed skilled nursing facility.
