Supports existing VERIS groups and brokers by coordinating case service, renewals, plan changes, carrier transitions, claims communications, and issue resolution. Serves as a liaison among brokers, employer groups, internal departments, finance, and ASO carriers. Maintains partner relationships and explains basic compliance and actuarial concepts. The role requires occasional travel, presentations, and experience with health and welfare benefits programs.

Supports Account Managers with daily administration for employer health benefits groups. Coordinates client and broker communications, prepares reports, presentations, invoices, claims documentation, and Excel spreadsheets, and assists with plan implementations, renewals, compliance questions, and product placement. The role also supports meetings, resolves client issues, and provides occasional front-desk coverage. Occasional travel and seasonal overtime may be required.

Manage and customize the company’s Salesforce CRM, including configuration, workflows, integrations, user permissions, data integrity, security, reports, dashboards, and release testing. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain compliance, identify process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support cross-functional projects and implementations.
