Manage dental revenue cycle operations, including insurance claims, payment posting, write-offs, account audits, and discrepancy resolution. Support assigned dental offices, interpret X-rays, submit insurance claims, and train office teams to improve practices. Requires strong dentistry and insurance knowledge, communication, problem-solving skills, a home office setup, familiarity with Open Dental, and at least five years of insurance experience.

Drives sales of dental merchandise, equipment, technology, and services across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, conducting customer visits and presentations, developing customer relationships, partnering with vendors and equipment specialists, identifying client needs, achieving sales goals, and maintaining product and industry knowledge. The role requires daily territory travel, customer relationship management, sales planning, and collaboration with regional support teams.

Create and convert as-built drawings, dental equipment plans, shielding plans, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit. Prepare electrical, plumbing, and carpentry documentation; participate in peer reviews; maintain dental equipment symbol libraries and develop AutoCAD blocks and Revit/TwinMotion families. Support software implementation and drafting standards while collaborating with the design team and applying feedback.
