Provide frontline IT support: receive, triage, document, and resolve end-user help requests; configure PCs/laptops; troubleshoot hardware and software; create knowledge-base articles; use Jira ticket queue; schedule and complete onsite appointments; collaborate with IT and other teams; deliver excellent customer service.

Drive equipment, technical and services sales for dental customers by prospecting, quoting, closing, and supporting installations. Build relationships with dentists, collaborate with territory reps and internal teams, provide office design and equipment expertise, use data tools for sales activities, and travel within an assigned territory to support customers.
