Owns business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, from stakeholder elicitation and process analysis through UAT sign-off. Responsibilities include creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices; supporting Agile ceremonies, impact analysis, defect triage, and UAT; managing client workshops and escalations; and assessing BFSI regulatory implications. The role also contributes to product enhancements, pre-sales, process standardization, and solution documentation.

Design and implement event tracking and behavioral analytics, build and maintain A/B and multivariate experimentation pipelines, integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook, create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results, and work with marketing to rapidly deploy landing page variants.

Lead implementation, automation, and operational support of scalable cloud and container platforms. Build and optimize CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters and workloads, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible, improve observability and security, perform advanced incident troubleshooting and RCA, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to maintain production-ready, cost-effective infrastructure.
