Generate and qualify B2B leads via outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and cold calling; build and manage sales pipeline in CRM; schedule demos/meetings; perform market research and competitor analysis; collaborate with marketing and delivery to meet monthly lead generation and pipeline targets.

Provide client-facing, hands-on application and technical support for professional services and law firm environments. Own ticket resolution, troubleshoot Windows systems and user issues, coordinate with teams and vendors, support implementations/upgrades, document solutions, and proactively improve operational stability and customer satisfaction.
