Manage full-cycle HR duties including onboarding, training compliance, recruitment, background checks, benefits and leave administration, workers' compensation, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Support managers on hiring, maintain HRIS records, submit vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

Support production operations by performing assembly, machine operation, material handling, inspection, inventory counting, and housekeeping. Assist team leads with job set-ups, fixture development, and client training while maintaining safety and reporting issues.

The Behavior Consultant provides behavioral services, monitors and assesses clients, trains staff, and manages data on client needs. Responsibilities include functional assessments and attending client meetings.
