Supervises supported living staff and participates in individualized support planning for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides direct client services, implements behavioral and training programs, maintains regulatory documentation, coordinates medical care and appointments, manages client budgets and benefits, facilitates home repairs, communicates with families and professionals, supports hiring and discipline, organizes community activities, and responds to on-call situations while ensuring client health and safety.

Leads day services for participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversees programming, staffing, training, scheduling, facility operations, documentation, compliance, quality audits, budgeting, outcome reporting, community activities, and relationships with families and referral partners. Requires ensuring participant safety, regulatory compliance, and meaningful community inclusion.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: collect and enter invoices and employee expenses, print and mail checks, allocate and reconcile AP to the general ledger, respond to vendor inquiries, support departmental expense tracking, and back up teammates while ensuring safety and compliance.
