Owns customer delivery from enterprise sales through go-live, including timelines, quality, revenue launch, and executive relationships. Leads 8–10 Implementation Managers, develops the team, and partners with commercial, customer, and product leaders to improve the broader customer journey.

Own HubSpot and revenue operations data, including data hygiene, workflows, lead scoring, routing, dashboards, reporting, user access, and tooling support. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to improve forecasting and lead-to-revenue processes. Maintain GTM documentation, onboard new users, troubleshoot integrations, and experiment with AI to automate administration and improve routing and reporting.

The Senior Technical Account Manager will manage high-impact technical relationships with strategic customers, resolve complex issues, advocate for product improvements, and coach the team to enhance overall performance and support services.

Leads the company-wide applied AI transformation, redesigning workflows across customer operations, finance, people, and commercial functions. Owns AI strategy, implementation, adoption, standards, guardrails, and evaluation systems for internal operations. Build and operate reliable production data pipelines, ingestion systems, orchestration, customer data connectors, and infrastructure as code. Manage AWS-based data infrastructure using Terraform, Fivetran, AWS DMS, dbt, PostgreSQL, Lambda, and related services. Develop secure, enterprise-grade integrations for HR and payroll systems, and help connect trusted data to AI agents through MCP connectors and semantic data layers. Collaborate with product stakeholders to design scalable solutions meeting enterprise security and reliability standards.

Build and ship backend-leaning fullstack features (APIs, services, integrations, React frontend). Scope solutions, implement, and own features end-to-end. Collaborate with product and design, contribute to architecture and technical discovery, ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices, and improve developer experience and tooling.

Design, build, and maintain the go-to-market automation stack: integrate CRM and warehouse, deploy AI agents for growth, create data pipelines and dashboards, measure funnel performance, and ensure smooth handoffs across marketing, sales, and CS.
