Collaborate with product and design, contribute to architecture and technical discovery, ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices, and improve developer experience and tooling.

Drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads and build pipeline. Research target accounts, execute multichannel outreach (calls, emails, video-mail, social), qualify prospects, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and help shape scalable BDR processes in collaboration with Growth, Customer Success, and the founders.

Design, build, and maintain the go-to-market automation stack: integrate CRM and warehouse, deploy AI agents for growth, create data pipelines and dashboards, measure funnel performance, and ensure smooth handoffs across marketing, sales, and CS.
