Lead Belvo’s Mexico Payments product line, focused on variable recurring payments and direct debit APIs. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap ownership, MVP development, customer and provider collaboration, operations-team leadership, automation, data analysis, OKR tracking, and cross-functional execution with engineering, sales, customer success, legal, and finance. The role requires strong fintech or payments experience, technical and entrepreneurial ability, customer focus, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Support customers across pre-sales, onboarding, integration, launch, and post-launch activities. Provide technical and business guidance, analyze customer issues and data, create tailored enterprise documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback and roadmap priorities. The role requires strong API knowledge, customer communication, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, prospecting, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and video calls. Build relationships with key stakeholders, communicate Belvo’s fintech and open banking value proposition, schedule qualified meetings for account executives, manage pipeline activity in the CRM, and collaborate with Sales on prospecting strategies. The role requires meeting lead qualification targets and becoming a domain expert in Latin American fintech and open banking.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives in Mexico City to close partnerships and enterprise deals. Support demos, pre-sales, and in-person visits; align with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success; recruit and mentor AEs; use data-driven strategies to hit customer signings and ACV targets while remaining hands-on.

Lead and coach a payments engineering team building Mexico-focused payment platform. Drive execution, delivery, architecture, hiring, cross-functional coordination, and maintain technical contribution when needed.
