Lead technical customer engineering: own complex incidents, perform deep root-cause analysis, unblock integrations, advise customers on best practices, drive AI tooling adoption, author self-service documentation, and collaborate with Engineering to improve reliability and scalability.

Contribute to all lifecycle stages of AI products, manage agent systems, utilize AI in workflows, and support cross-team AI enablement.

The Finance Specialist will conduct reconciliations, manage direct debit processes, support clients and product teams, and improve operational routines.
