The Senior Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating hardware sales to businesses across Europe, building relationships, conducting sales presentations, and collaborating for excellent customer service while utilizing CRM software.

Sell Bellwether Coffee's electric commercial roasters and coffee to SMBs across the US and Canada. Prospect outbound, build pipeline, present, negotiate, close deals, and coordinate handoffs with Marketing, Finance, and Service. Use CRM to track activities, attend industry events, and provide market feedback to improve sales materials and strategies.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead design and development of mechanical subsystems, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and performance while collaborating across teams to enhance product quality and experience.

Lead Bellwether's European commercial business: own revenue, forecast, pipeline health, sales execution, channel development, and recurring coffee growth. Build and scale the European sales team, manage enterprise accounts and partnerships, partner with Marketing and Customer Success, and drive market expansion and predictable revenue.

Own and ship full-stack systems spanning cloud services, device firmware, web and mobile apps, and OTA pipelines. Build Go services on GCP/Spanner with gRPC, improve on-device TypeScript and firmware, harden update/image builds, support SvelteKit/Swift/Kotlin apps, and diagnose fleet issues via BigQuery. Operate production systems end-to-end and collaborate across the stack to safely deliver updates to physical machines.
