Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle for a global business: lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans; build and govern FP&A models; partner with business leaders to explain P&L and balance sheet drivers; surface risks and opportunities; present board-ready reporting and scenarios to the CFO and leadership.

Lead planning and execution of global paid media to drive efficient, profitable acquisition. Manage Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels; use GA4, MMM, and offline-to-online integrations. Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Data Science; build testing frameworks, optimize CAC/LTV/profitability, and develop direct reports.

Build and implement Bellroy's design system on bellroy.com using modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with UX, design and marketing to create accessible, internationalised, high-performance components, support A/B tests, add components to Storybook, and participate in front-end tooling evaluation and workshops.

Manage end-to-end commercial projects for wholesale and distributor channels, including trade show logistics, retail display production, printed collateral fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination across Creative, Production, Finance, Logistics, and sales to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.

Design and deliver people development programs globally: onboarding, manager development, coaching, workshops, performance and engagement analytics, learning calendars, and AI guidance. Partner with leaders, run sessions, prototype tools, and translate survey/dashboard data into actionable plans to grow capability and support managers and crew.
