IN A NUTSHELL

Do you get a kick out of unsticking complex projects? Thrive on juggling multiple priorities? Get excited by ambitious strategic initiatives with real business impact?

Projects are how we make things happen at Bellroy. As we scale, we’re taking on bigger, bolder work — new product categories, new revenue channels, and operational transformations that touch every team. That means coordinating people, timelines and trade-offs across the whole company.

While this role sits in Operations, you'll work with everyone: Marketing, Tech, Production, Data, Finance, Legal — often multiple teams at once. You make sure all the moving pieces move together, and that ambitious projects don't get stuck. This means owning high-impact projects that matter. Keeping multiple teams aligned when things get complex. Unsticking work stalled by blockers, dependencies, or unclear scope. You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decisions.

If you love execution — getting messy, finding the path forward, and seeing complex projects cross the finish line — this is for you. If you need every detail defined before you start, prefer a single-task rhythm, or treat project management as purely admin, this might not be the right fit.

Join Bellroy and help deliver strategic priorities, deepen business context across the organisation, and follow a clear 12–24 month path into a Program Manager role.

THESE ARE SOME QUALITIES YOU MUST POSSESS
  • 2+ years leading diverse cross-functional projects with real outcomes across varied teams, disciplines, and stakeholder groups
  • Proven ability to take work from ambiguity to delivery: define scope, set timelines, coordinate stakeholders
  • You build trust quickly across all levels, from senior leadership to functional team members
  • You own problems through to resolution rather than passing them along, and take initiative without waiting to be told
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can translate between technical, commercial and creative teams
  • You're comfortable in ambiguity: you structure unclear problems, identify what needs to happen, and create clarity for others
  • You identify blockers, diagnose root causes, and coordinate solutions across multiple teams
WE'D BE EXCITED IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in physical product or e-commerce companies (you understand inventory, supply chain, production complexity)
  • Program management exposure (you've worked within or supported strategic programs, not just standalone projects)
  • Experience in fast-growth or scaling environments (you've navigated rapid change and resource constraints)
  • Technical and data literacy (you're comfortable working with Tech teams, understand system dependencies, can talk to engineers)
IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE:
  • Facilitated the Pricing Team meeting to review progress on the annual Price Review, identified two blockers and coordinated with Finance and Data to resolve them by end of week
  • Collaborated with the Partnerships team to create a project sequence for smooth execution
  • Tracked down why the retail system integration was blocked, coordinated a fix across Tech, Operations, and Finance, then documented the resolution approach
  • Engaged with Legal on compliance requirements for three new markets and created a requirements matrix
  • Facilitated a strategy session with senior leaders, helping them reach consensus despite competing perspectives
  • Updated status reports across your active projects, flagged a resource conflict between two strategic initiatives, and proposed a sequencing solution
  • Reviewed the translation workflow for the Transactions Excellence project, identified three bottlenecks causing compliance delays, and drafted a process improvement proposal

START, LOCATION AND HOURS

Ideally starting in February, you'll work from our Collingwood office on a hybrid basis

What We Do

Bellroy puts its heart, soul and countless design hours into helping the world carry with greater simplicity and ease. Every piece has been deeply considered to help you get the best of life’s little moments.

In the early 2000s, as slim tailoring became popular, bulky wallets couldn’t hide anymore. So, a team of product designers and creatives (who also happened to be friends) sat around a kitchen table in Bells Beach, Australia, to design a slim wallet with fewer layers of leather and better card positioning. The release of this product in 2010 signaled the birth of the Bellroy brand, and we’ve come a fair way since then...

We recognized pretty early on that we could use business as a force for good. So, as a certified B Corp, we constantly pursue better ways to source our leathers, reduce our impact on the environment and make sure our products last as long as possible.

Our range of carry goods has moved beyond pockets and includes solutions for your tech, work accessories and more – right down to the humble set of keys. Because as long as there are things to carry through our lives, we want to find better ways to store, protect and carry them.
