Lead production for a live-service multiplayer game: drive schedules, translate strategy into roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and champion AI-powered workflows to increase velocity and clarity.

Corporate Counsel will advise on iGaming, sweepstakes, gaming, promotional, consumer protection, employment, and corporate law. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, monitoring regulations, managing outside counsel and regulators, reviewing marketing materials, supporting governance and risk management, and building scalable legal processes. The role requires an independent, business-focused legal partner comfortable with startup speed, ambiguity, and broad ownership.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate third-party services, deliver end-to-end projects, mentor engineers, make architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering teams in Asia. Lead end-to-end design of marketing and acquisition assets—landing pages, ad creative, email, and onboarding flows—using AI-assisted tools. Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, build scalable design systems, collaborate with marketing/product/engineering, and champion AI-driven creative production to increase signups, reduce dropoff, and accelerate growth.

Own and execute paid social and paid search acquisition: build, launch, and optimize Meta-first campaigns; manage budgets and testing; partner with Creative, Product, and Analytics; track CPI/CPR/LTV/ROAS; connect ad data to downstream revenue and retention metrics.
