Collaborate with creative, product, data, and other teams to complete deliverables, improve workflows, support user acquisition, and manage partner communications. The role requires strong poker knowledge, organization, autonomy, clear communication, and comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Own and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, leave, payroll-related support, compliance, and HR systems. Support employee experience, performance cycles, manager needs, employee relations, communications, and engagement programs. Partner with internal teams and external vendors while building scalable, automated People Operations workflows and documentation.

Lead architecture, design, and development of a high-scale, high-availability gaming platform. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate third-party services, deliver end-to-end projects, mentor engineers, make architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering teams in Asia. Ensure security and compliance for projects handling PII and banking data.

Lead product vision and roadmap for consumer gaming products. Write detailed specs and acceptance criteria, collaborate with design/engineering/data, use AI tools for research, prototyping, analytics, and synthesize user feedback to drive product improvements from ideation through execution.
