Corporate Counsel will advise on iGaming, sweepstakes, gaming, promotional, consumer protection, employment, and corporate law. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, monitoring regulations, managing outside counsel and regulators, reviewing marketing materials, supporting governance and risk management, and building scalable legal processes. The role requires an independent, business-focused legal partner comfortable with startup speed, ambiguity, and broad ownership.

Lead architecture, design, and development of a high-scale, high-availability gaming platform. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrate third-party services, deliver end-to-end projects, mentor engineers, make architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering teams in Asia. Ensure security and compliance for projects handling PII and banking data.
