Coordinate nursing and support staff schedules, monitor call-offs and coverage, communicate staffing needs, support onboarding logistics, maintain attendance records, answer scheduling questions, and collaborate with HR and facility leaders to maintain staffing levels and smooth skilled nursing operations.

Provides direct long-term care to residents in a nursing facility, coordinates care across healthcare disciplines, follows state and federal regulations, supports discharge planning, and collaborates with the healthcare team. The role requires a valid RN or LPN license, independent work capability, and reliable transportation. It involves rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Serve as weekend house supervisor delivering high-quality resident care, support staff as a clinical resource, administer medications/treatments, provide direct resident care when needed, and manage nursing personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
