Supports meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for skilled nursing residents. Ensures meals meet dietary needs and are delivered respectfully and on time. Maintains clean, sanitary, organized kitchen and dining areas while following food safety and infection control standards. Collaborates with dietary and nursing teams to provide a welcoming dining experience. Requires reliability, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, compassion, and previous food service experience.

Provide direct long-term care to residents, coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning, comply with state and federal regulations, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Serve as weekend house supervisor delivering high-quality resident care, support staff as a clinical resource, administer medications/treatments, provide direct resident care when needed, and manage nursing personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
