Welcomes residents and visitors, manages incoming calls, supports office management, maintains an orderly workspace, and performs clerical duties as needed. The role requires professional communication, strong phone etiquette, organization, and a friendly customer-service approach.

Administer medications under licensed nurse supervision, monitor residents for side effects, provide activities-of-daily-living assistance, support residents with cognitive impairments, document care, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams in a memory care setting.

Provides direct long-term care to residents in a nursing facility, coordinates care across healthcare disciplines, follows state and federal regulations, supports discharge planning, and collaborates with the healthcare team. The role requires a valid RN or LPN license, independent work capability, and reliable transportation. It involves rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
