Provide meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for residents in a skilled nursing facility. Maintain clean, sanitary dining and kitchen areas, follow food safety and infection control, and coordinate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' dietary needs with compassion and respect.

Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents, coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning, comply with state and federal regulations, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Serve as weekend house supervisor delivering high-quality resident care, support staff as a clinical resource, administer medications/treatments, provide direct resident care when needed, and manage nursing personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
