Lead procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and facilities for a manufacturing business. Develop supply chain strategy, manage suppliers and contracts, optimize inventory and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support production and operational excellence.

Lead BellatRx's engineering organization: set strategy, drive innovation and product development, manage budgets and projects, build and mentor teams, ensure quality, and support sales, operations and after-sales for packaging automation solutions.

Manage end-to-end delivery of packaging equipment projects: create and execute project plans, manage client relationships, control schedule and costs, coordinate FAT/SAT, handle scope changes and upsell requests, update ERP, and drive process improvements to ensure quality before shipment.

Design and develop electrical systems for packaging machines from concept to production. Create detailed schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD Electrical, select components, ensure code compliance (CSA/UL), produce BOMs, troubleshoot designs, perform root cause analysis, document NCRs/ECRs, and provide technical support to Sales, Service and other departments.
