Coordinate domestic and international shipments, customs documentation, tariff classifications, duties, taxes, freight invoices, and ERP transactions. Track shipment issues, reconcile discrepancies, maintain logistics records, monitor trade regulations, support cost reporting, and improve logistics processes. Collaborate with accounting, procurement, warehouse, production teams, carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs brokers.

Provides first-line technical support to customers by phone and email, remotely diagnoses packaging equipment issues, manages service tickets, coordinates parts and onsite service visits, documents resolutions, and follows up on customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with internal technical teams, supports continuous improvement, and requires strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and French-English bilingual skills.

Lead and operate the PMO, assign and oversee project managers, enforce project governance, track KPIs, manage scope/schedule/budget, handle stakeholder escalations, drive process improvements and post-mortems, and promote revenue growth through upgrades and add-ons.
