Own and grow a US sales territory for complex automated packaging equipment. Prospect and qualify new business, lead long-cycle consultative sales to close, influence technical and executive stakeholders, collaborate with Engineering/Applications/Operations to craft solutions, represent the company at customer sites and events, and travel extensively across the US and to Montreal.

Oversee mechanical and electrical assembly, production planning, resource allocation, and team management. Ensure on-time assembly, quality standards, maintenance, KPI monitoring, 5S, health and safety, and cross-department coordination. Hire, train, evaluate, and lead production staff to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage end-to-end delivery of packaging equipment projects: create and execute project plans, manage client relationships, control schedule and costs, coordinate FAT/SAT, handle scope changes and upsell requests, update ERP, and drive process improvements to ensure quality before shipment.
