Perform outside B2B sales for Chevrolet, GMC, and Isuzu commercial vehicles. Prospect, cold call, visit job sites weekly, provide quotes, present inventory, build long-term client relationships, log activity in CRM, and collaborate with management and upfit partners to close deals and grow commercial market share.

Serve as primary post-delivery contact to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct next-day and 7-day follow-up calls, enroll customers in OnStar, GM App, and GM Rewards, document interactions in eLead CRM, monitor CSI, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve issues and support dealership performance.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by building customer relationships, conducting demonstrations, advising on features/options, following up for repeat/referral business, and working with sales management to meet goals and develop professionally.
