Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and create long-term clients
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
- Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, options, and technology
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Work closely with Sales Management on goals, performance, and development
- Bring a positive, professional attitude to the team each day
