Prepares menu items under the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, including ingredient preparation, cooking, kitchen sanitation, equipment cleaning, inventory monitoring, and food safety compliance. Works across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, coordinates with kitchen staff, assists with training, reports incidents, and maintains consistent food quality and customer service.

Provides general office and reception support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing files and mail, data entry, document preparation, office organization, errands, and event assistance. Maintains office systems, equipment, and common areas while delivering professional customer service. Requires reliable attendance, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record.

Prepares menu items, ingredients, and dishes under chef supervision while maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food safety, equipment readiness, inventory awareness, and efficient service. Supports kitchen staff, helps train new employees, reports mishaps, follows instructions, and handles a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The role requires basic culinary skills, teamwork, multitasking, attention to quality, and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
