Manage daily trucking logistics operations across assigned facilities, including routing, fleet management, deliveries, pickups, transportation compliance, and performance reporting. Supervise and develop logistics staff, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, investigate incidents, and implement process improvements. The role requires knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation risk management, logistics software, and the ability to work occasional weekends and conduct outdoor safety inspections.

Lead and scale ecommerce fulfillment and distribution operations, manage picking/packing/shipping/returns, optimize inventory flow, partner cross-functionally, implement systems and SOPs, hire and train staff, and plan for peak demand to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and strong customer experience.
