Teams at Bell Nursery

Hands-on greenhouse internship focused on commercial plant production and propagation. Interns work with the growing and production team, learn IPM, scouting, trials, and propagation, and gain exposure to logistics, distribution, retail, accounting, and IT. Program is 3, 4, or 6 months and targets students or recent graduates pursuing careers in commercial horticulture.

Lead and scale ecommerce fulfillment and distribution operations, manage picking/packing/shipping/returns, optimize inventory flow, partner cross-functionally, implement systems and SOPs, hire and train staff, and plan for peak demand to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and strong customer experience.
