Coordinates new franchisee onboarding from initial setup through business launch. Provides guidance, tracks required tasks and deadlines, maintains franchise data in FranConnect, and communicates with internal departments, franchisees, and vendors. Supports licensing and permitting research, training coordination, calendar updates, reporting, and manual reviews. Ensures timely information delivery, regulatory support, franchisee satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

Lead franchise legal administration for 15 service-based brands: manage franchise agreement lifecycles, FDD preparation and state registrations, contract tracking, document management, compliance, audits, and governance. Serve as liaison to Legal, Development, Finance, Marketing, and Operations; lead and develop staff, implement processes and controls, support dispute and litigation tracking, and produce reports and KPIs to improve legal operations efficiency.

Coordinate contracted commercial service work between vendors and franchise owners: set up accounts, review contracts and work orders, create invoices, handle billing, communicate with vendors and franchisees, maintain digital records, and provide reporting and customer service. Entry-level role with training provided.

Sell and grow national and regional commercial accounts by prospecting, securing new corporate business, managing existing relationships, presenting customized service solutions, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, representing the company at events, and coordinating with internal teams and franchise owners for implementation and client satisfaction.

Provide hands-on operational support for contents remediation: perform dry/wet pre-cleaning, manipulate, inventory, wrap, transport, and store client contents using specialized equipment and chemicals. Follow BELFOR procedures, MSDS standards, vehicle inspections, report usage/time, work under time constraints, attend training, and work nights/weekends with periodic travel.

Manage franchise candidate pipeline from lead generation through qualification and agreement signing. Use CRM, mapping and sales tools, coordinate consultant communications, ensure regulatory compliance, support brand growth, and collaborate with marketing and franchise teams. On-site role with 10-20% travel.
