Lead franchisee recruitment and candidate qualification for BELFOR brands: manage lead generation, CRM tracking, candidate experience, documentation, consultant relations, trade show participation, and cross-functional communications to achieve franchise growth targets.

Conduct outbound discovery calls to qualify prospective franchise candidates across 15 brands, document candidate details in the CRM, route qualified leads to sales reps, and support administrative and compliance tasks including background/credit checks and territory availability.

Provide legal and administrative support for the franchise system by preparing and managing franchise agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting contract administration, tracking franchisee lifecycle events, assisting with franchisee relations, and maintaining legal and CRM records.

Respond nationwide to large-scale disasters and support local offices on major projects. Must travel extensively on demand, maintain a flexible schedule, perform heavy physical work (lifting, confined spaces, sustained active duties). Construction experience and industry certifications (EPA, OSHA, IICRC) are beneficial.

Lead franchise candidate development and manage the full qualification and licensing process. Track and convert leads via CRM and sales software, coordinate with consultants and funding partners, support trade shows and brand initiatives, maintain communications and regulatory compliance, and meet franchise growth targets.

Provide hands-on operational support for contents remediation: perform dry/wet pre-cleaning, manipulate, inventory, wrap, transport, and store client contents using specialized equipment and chemicals. Follow BELFOR procedures, MSDS standards, vehicle inspections, report usage/time, work under time constraints, attend training, and work nights/weekends with periodic travel.

Serve as primary contact for franchisees and internal teams to support, train, and optimize FSM, PoS, and CRM systems; provide software support, project coordination, communication, and relationship-building to drive franchise growth and brand consistency.

Lead franchise legal administration for 15 service-based brands: manage franchise agreement lifecycles, FDD preparation and state registrations, contract tracking, document management, compliance, audits, and governance. Serve as liaison to Legal, Development, Finance, Marketing, and Operations; lead and develop staff, implement processes and controls, support dispute and litigation tracking, and produce reports and KPIs to improve legal operations efficiency.
