Develops franchise candidates from lead generation through agreement signing, manages CRM-based sales pipelines, ensures regulatory and documentation requirements, coordinates with consultants and funding firms, creates communications and content, and supports trade shows and franchise development initiatives. The role is on-site in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with 10–20% travel and regular collaboration across franchise, marketing, brand, and franchisee teams.

Leads website strategy, development, analytics, SEO, GEO/AEO, marketing technology integrations, privacy compliance, and vendor management across a multi-brand franchise portfolio. Owns website roadmaps, performance measurement, CRM integrations, cookie consent, technical SEO, and complex redesign and migration projects. Partners with Marketing, IT, Legal, agencies, and technology vendors to establish priorities, resolve roadblocks, improve digital performance, and deliver initiatives on schedule.

Leads and expands managed repair programs, national and regional insurance accounts, claims partnerships, and new business opportunities. Manages onboarding, contracts, client relationships, franchisee participation, compliance, quality improvement, reporting, and performance metrics. Builds partnerships with insurance carriers and claims organizations, supports trade shows and training, analyzes account performance, and communicates results to senior leadership. Frequent collaboration with franchise owners, field offices, brand leadership, legal teams, and external clients is required.

Provides legal and administrative support for a franchise system by preparing and managing franchise agreements, amendments, renewals, transfers, and third-party contracts. Monitors regulatory compliance, restrictive covenants, bankruptcies, trademarks, and Franchise Disclosure Document updates. Maintains legal records and CRM data, supports franchisee relations, coordinates with counsel, and prepares reports and special projects.

Lead franchise legal administration for 15 service-based brands: manage franchise agreement lifecycles, FDD preparation and state registrations, contract tracking, document management, compliance, audits, and governance. Serve as liaison to Legal, Development, Finance, Marketing, and Operations; lead and develop staff, implement processes and controls, support dispute and litigation tracking, and produce reports and KPIs to improve legal operations efficiency.
