Responsibilities include managing CRM and project pipelines, communicating with clients, designers, installers, and vendors, monitoring KPIs, resolving issues, conducting installation field work, supporting showroom consultations, improving workflows, and maintaining accurate project records. The role also supports events, showroom upkeep, client satisfaction efforts, and sales activities.

Consultative in-home and showroom sales role guiding clients from initial consultation through measurement, order placement, installation walkthrough, and follow-up. Generate and convert leads, manage accounts, maintain CRM notes, and deliver a luxury customer experience.

Drive to scheduled in-home appointments to sell interior and exterior window treatments, measure windows, advise clients on solutions, close sales, document orders and photos for admin, and generate leads during downtime.
