Supports recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, internal communications, attendance management, HR projects, records, and office operations across Nairobi and Dar es Salaam. The role helps develop the Employee Handbook and EVP, coordinates vendors and facilities, improves HR processes, and fosters an inclusive workplace culture.

Develop scalable backend applications for cloud communication services using JavaScript and Node.js. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, mobile operators, and vendors to deliver software projects, document technical solutions, communicate issues, and follow development best practices. Work with databases, cloud platforms, testing frameworks, APIs, messaging systems, containerization, Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and JIRA.

Support the Marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns across social, email, and web. Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, track campaign metrics, conduct light market/competitor research, maintain trackers and documentation, and assist with campaign coordination and ad hoc marketing tasks while learning digital marketing tools and reporting.
