Support casting of superalloys and other advanced materials while ensuring AS9100, NADCAP, and program compliance.

Provides hands-on HR support in a manufacturing environment, serving hourly employees and leaders across employee relations, onboarding, attendance, leave administration, compliance, HRIS records, benefits, payroll questions, and workforce reporting. Partners with production, EHS, and leadership teams on employee matters, investigations, safety, workers’ compensation, and process improvements. Supports multiple shifts and promotes a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Lead development and execution of EHS programs at a manufacturing/R&D facility.
