Lead development and execution of EHS programs at a manufacturing/R&D facility. Identify and mitigate hazards, manage regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, UL), conduct incident investigations, deliver EHS training, manage hazardous waste, and partner with site leadership to build a strong safety culture supporting additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, and labs.

Monitor and improve quality for jet propulsion systems by developing and implementing quality standards and control systems, inspecting and testing materials and processes, analyzing performance using statistical methods, creating Certificates of Conformance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, investigating production issues, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement in collaboration with technicians and engineers.

The EHS Program Manager will develop and implement EHS programs, drive improvements, conduct audits, and manage waste and safety initiatives across multiple sites.
