Partners with engineering, quality, procurement, operations, and suppliers on process capability, first article documentation, DFM reviews, and supplier improvement plans. Requires mentoring, supplier coaching, performance reporting, and travel to supplier sites.

Leads strategic HR partnership for Products and Technology organizations, including organizational design, change management, workforce planning, global HR program development, talent acquisition partnership, compensation alignment, and retention strategy. Advises senior leaders, supports technical engineering teams, develops high-potential talent, and builds scalable HR structures for a rapidly growing defense manufacturing company.

Serves as the technical authority for Metal Binder Jet additive manufacturing, leading process development, materials optimization, qualification, validation, production scale-up, and continuous improvement. Establishes manufacturing standards and process controls, resolves complex metallurgy and thermal-management issues, guides cross-functional engineering teams, supports aerospace and defense production initiatives, mentors engineers, and influences technology roadmaps and manufacturing strategy.
