Supports, enhances, and optimizes business applications including Aderant Expert and Intapp Open. Gathers requirements, analyzes processes, coordinates testing, supports reporting and data quality, resolves application issues, maintains documentation, and assists with user training, change management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Provides administrative support for finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, payment runs, client accounts, reporting, and credit card transactions. Maintains accurate records in Aderant, responds to finance helpdesk queries, supports compliance with anti-money laundering and Jersey Law Society requirements, and assists with routine projects and team coverage.

Manages the end-to-end billing and revenue cycle, including draft billing, eBilling submissions, WIP monitoring, invoice issue resolution, debt collection, cash allocation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role works with Partners, fee earners, clients, and Finance colleagues to resolve billing obstacles, improve cash conversion, maintain accurate records, and support revenue control processes. It also provides finance department cover and contributes to process improvements, compliance, and continuous service delivery.
