Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners; represent the orthodontic practice at events; coordinate outreach, appreciation programs, and local experiences; create social media content; support online reputation management; collaborate on local marketing campaigns; and track outreach, referrals, events, and growth activities. The role requires substantial community presence, relationship development, organization, creativity, and local travel.

Provide orthodontic patient care with clinical autonomy, collaborate with a trained support team, perform treatment planning, mentor and work with other doctors, and support practice growth while taking part in administrative and professional development opportunities.

Leads operational performance, financial results, process standardization, team development, compliance, and patient experience across multiple dental practices. Partners with practice administrators, doctors, executive leadership, and shared services to improve KPIs, profitability, workflows, staffing, growth, and accountability. Develops leaders, implements strategic initiatives, manages operational risks, and drives consistent execution across assigned locations.

Post and reconcile dental insurance payments, ensure accurate patient account application, manage AR and follow up on unpaid/underpaid claims, maintain records and reports, and identify process improvements in payment posting and reconciliation workflows.
