The People Operations Coordinator will provide HR, IT, and administrative support, manage payroll, maintain employee files, and assist with office operations in a hybrid work environment.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multi-entity, multi-currency operations: month- and year-end close, GL reconciliations, intercompany accounting, NetSuite administration, cash management, AP/AR, payroll review, financial reporting, process improvement, internal controls, and supervise a small finance team to meet a 10-day close cycle.
